Terms and Conditions

 

Reservations

Reservations (using the course booking form available on the website) will be accepted in writing by e-mail, or letter. Provisional bookings made by telephone must be confirmed in writing within 7 days. Reservations from a company must include an official purchase order number.

 

Fees

An invoice will be issued upon confirmation of course booking. Payment is due on receipt and should be received by Lawson McGraw Associates Ltd 2 weeks prior to the commencement date of the course. Immediate payment is due where a booking is made less than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the course.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 4 weeks before the start of the course and will incur no charges. Cancellations 2-4 weeks prior to the start of the course will incur 50 % course fee charge; Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course will incur 100% course fee charge.

 

If the client cancels a course place, or transfers the delegate from one course to another, within 4 weeks of the start of the original course, Lawson McGraw Associates may incur full delegate day rate charges from the venue for the client. In this event Lawson McGraw Associates will pass this charge on to the client.

 

Substitutes

If a delegate is unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend at no additional charge provided the candidate is of the same level of experience and Lawson McGraw Associates Ltd is informed in writing before the course starts.

 

Transfer

One transfer to a later course will be permitted provided Lawson McGraw Associates Ltd is informed in writing at least two weeks before the original course start date and the invoice is honoured within one week of the original start date. If further transfers (or cancellations) occur, full cancellation fees will become payable.

 

VAT

VAT will be added at the appropriate rate.
