General Awareness in Project Management

The General Awareness in Project Management course is designed for administrative and support personnel who interface directly or indirectly with project management while performing their day-to-day duties. The course is structured to provide a one-day overall general awareness of the project management discipline and enable the participants to better understand the change dynamics and the important role that staff functions play in the successful implementation of projects.

 

APM Accredited Courses

 

APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management

The APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management course is designed for those individuals who are either relatively new to the project environment or equally those experienced project managers who wish to reinforce their knowledge in the principles of project management. The accredited two-day Introductory Certificate in Project Management is an excellent introduction to project management and provides the entry qualification from the APM.

 

APMP Qualification in Project Management

The APMP course is aimed at project managers and aspiring project managers who wish to reap the benefit from in-depth knowledge of project management process and techniques. The APMP qualification allows candidates to demonstrate excellent knowledge of all elements of project management from the strategic and commercial implications of their role, to the technical, organisational and people management skills required to successfully participate in a project team to implement change.

 

APMP for PRINCE2® Registered Practitioners

The APMP course is aimed at project managers and aspiring project managers who wish to reap the benefit from in-depth knowledge of project management process and techniques. The APMP qualification allows candidates to demonstrate excellent knowledge of all elements of project management from the strategic and commercial implications of their role, to the technical, organisational and people management skills required to successfully participate in a project team to implement change. APM has introduced a new route to APMP for PRINCE2® Registered Practitioners. The new route to APMP builds on the prior learning gained in the PRINCE2® Practitioners qualification, which covers 12 of the 37 knowledge areas within the APMP syllabus. Consequently as a registered PRINCE2® practitioner, candidate will be examined on 25 of the 37 subjects within the APMP syllabus.
